A research group of Cybernetics and Reality Engineering lab won the first prize in the Emotion Physiology and Experience Collaboration Competition.

　
　The Emotion Physiology and Experience Collaboration (EPiC) 競技は、国際会議Affective Computing + Intelligent Interaction (ACII2023:マサチューセッツ工科大学。9月10-13日開催)のワークショップとして会議初日に開催されました。50名の研究者からなる12のチームが参加し、生体信号に基づく感情推定の精度を競いました。
The Emotion Physiology and Experience Collaboration (EPiC) Competition was held as one of the Sunday workshops of the International Conference on Affective Computing + Intelligent Interaction (ACII2023:Sep. 10-13) at the MIT Media Lab, MA. USA.
At the competition, 12 teams (50 researchers) competed to see who could best use measures of physiology to model moment-to-moment ratings of two elementary components of emotional experience: feelings of valence and arousal.
