Participation Application Guide

  • Introductory Session for Admission
    The admission introductory session for propective students will be held as follows:

    Room: S1, S2 at the 1st floor of the Division of Information Science building
    Time: 11：00～11：30

  • Admission Consultation Corner
    After the admission introductory session, there will be a consultation corner. We will answer questions about the entrance exam, classes, employment, housing, and general student life after admission, so please feel free to stop by.

    Time: 11：30～12：30

  • Laboratory Tour

    You will be able to directly visit the laboratories in which you are interested. Please feel free to discuss with the laboratory members (staff or students) about the contents of their research, the atmosphere in the laboratory, etc.
    Some laboratories may not be open to the public on the day of the event, so if you wish to visit a specific laboratory, please be sure to write its name on the application form.
    ※The collaborative laboratories will not perform during the open campus. If you wish to visit one of the collaborative laboratories at a later date, please apply for it via the "Daily Campus Tour".

  • Open Campus participation - How to apply: It is required to apply in advance and the application deadline is November 11, 2020.
