IEEE Asian Test Symposiumは世界各国の研究者、技術者が一堂に会し、設計・製造・現業を視野に入れた、システムや基板、デバイスのテストに関する革新的意見を交換するためのオープンフォーラムです。ATS Doctoral Thesis Awardは、IEEE TTTC (Test Technology Technical Council) より、特に優秀な研究を行った博士課程学生に送られる賞です。なお、本賞の受賞により、2021年の11月に開催されるIEEE International Test Conference (ITC) における 2021 TTTC's E. J. McCluskey Doctoral Thesis Award の候補者として推薦されました。
The IEEE Asian Test Symposium (ATS) provides an open forum dedicated to the electronic test of devices, boards, and systems. The main goal of ATS 2020 was to promote discussions and scientific exchange of knowledge between researchers, engineers, developers, academicians and students. The first virtual conference of ATS was successfully hosted by Malaysia. The live and simulive sessions were held on 22-25 November 2020. ATS 2020 doctoral thesis award is one of the semi-finals of the 2021 TTTC’s E. J. McCluskey Doctoral Thesis Award which serves the purpose to promote the most impactful doctoral student work and to support interaction between academia and industry in the field of test technology. |
