In the treatment of prostate cancer, cancer targeting treatment that preserves healthy tissue only for the tumor area is being performed, and it is necessary to identify more precise tumor area for cancer targeting treatment. Generally, clinical diagnosis on MR image is performed and tumor area is identified by confirmed diagnosis by biopsy. However, in biopsy, only sparse distribution is known, and precise identification from MR image is not easy. In clinical reports, it is suggested that by combining biopsy information with MR images, it is possible that estimation of more precise tumor area can be performed. In this study, in combination with MR images with biopsy information, Aim to do estimation. In this paper, as a preliminary experiment of the previous stage, we will verify and report the possibility of more accurate estimation of tumor area by superimposing puncture information on MR image.
