| 題目(Title) | Practical insights into the design and development of dynamic conversational agents to support healthcare |
| 概要(Abstract) | In this talk, we examine how large language models could be used to support healthcare practices for both doctors and patients in diverse fields such as Cardiology, Dementia and Mental Healthcare. In particular, we explore the concept of generative agents and show how conversational agents created using LLM could be designed to not only engage in meaningful dialog, but to also exhibit distinct personalities and demonstrate a level of agency. Finally, we highlight practical lessons learnt from the deployment of LLMs and share insight into the strategies which could be used to aid in the cost-effective deployment of such models in a real-world setting. |
