| 概要(Abstract) | Single-cell omics technologies provide molecular and cellular information in cell populations and tissues. This lecture will explain about bioinformatic approaches of deciphering molecular events, cell functions, population structures, and cell-cell relationships. In particular, supervised and unsupervised learning, and visualization approaches, as well as biology-inspired heuristic algorithms, will be featured. |
