| 題目(Title) | Biomechanical excursion from cell shapes to insect wings |
| 概要(Abstract) |
In the last decade, physical information of biological phenomena inside/outside living body have been paid
much attention owing to the latest technologies of physical measurements.
Alongside the progress, we have worked on the "bubbly vertex model" of epithelial tissues,
"insect wing margin shapes", "4D cell flow by using DNN", "behavioural analysis of barnacle larvae" (experimental), etc.
We intend to present an excursion on these topics. 近年の計測技術の発展により、生物学的現象の物理的・力学的情報取得が可能となり、 それらを取り巻く学問的発展、特にバイオ物質の情報取得とそれを基にした様々な生体現象メカニズムの解明がホットトピックとなってきた。 歩みを同じくして我々は、上皮細胞の“泡・頂点モデル”、昆虫の翅概形モデル、 深層学習による４Ｄ細胞流れの定量化、フジツボ幼生の遊泳解析等の研究を行ってきた。 本講では、これら生物力学研究を概観する。 |
