title: Robust Linear Filter for Online Extrinsic Parameter Estimation of Multiple RGB-D Cameras
abstract: Multi-camera rig is general in a lot of fields for environmental perception. Usually extrinsic parameter of multi-camera has been calculated before use and kept fixed in use. However, some small shakes or vibations could cause extrinsic parameter changed. Therefore it is necessary to estimate extrinsic pamerater online. This research develop a robust linear filter to estimate extrinsic parameter online by using a simple quaternion metric. A simulated experiment has been implemented to prove our filter has faster speeds while maintaining sufficient accuracy.

title: Task support in 2D display
abstract: This work is divide in to two parts related to the type of user in task support which are expert user and novice user. The expert user input/add AR virtual guidance and the novice user observe and work follow the guidance. The first part, we present SlidAR+ an 6 DoFs object manipulation technique where we focus on reduce the number of input and metal load of the user. The second part is about the investigation of the effect of the mobile phone camera latency on the performance in micro-task.
