Title: 2-by-2 LCX-MIMO System in Real Indoor Linear-cell Environment
Abstract: Leaky coaxial (LCX) cable is widely deployed in Linear-cell environments. To improve the channel capacity, LCX cable can also build multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) system. In the past, one LCX cable was only treated as one antenna. Our study is focusing on that one LCX cable is treated as two antennas for increasing the efficiency and reducing the interference. This proposed LCX-MIMO can almost double the throughput comparing with traditional SISO system. In addition, we designed some experiments for confirming the feasibility of this proposal in the real Enviroment.Our experiments also prove that the LCX has better performance than conventional omni-directional antennas

title: An experiment of localization using hybrid inductive-capacitive coupling in parallel line feeder
abstract: This research carries out experiments on one-dimensional localization method in the scenario where parallel line feeder is deployed as an infrastructure for near field communication (NFC) and wireless charging. Exploiting the standing wave patterns of electric and magnetic fields along the feeder, we estimate the tag's position by comparing voltages which induced by the electric and magnetic fields. Our experimental results show that localization of up to 4m and 8m is possible if the feeder is respectively excited by 27.12MHz and 13.56MHz sinusoidal waves.

title: Transcriptomics Analysis of Angelica acutiloba attacked by Papilio Machaon Hippocrate

abstract: The root of Angelica acutiloba is one of the popular varieties used in the Kampo medicine or Traditional Chinese medicine. Those medicine including A. acutiloba's root is mainly prescribed for suppression of womens disease. Recently there is a report when Papilio machaon Hippocrate attacks A. acutiloba, the production of üü-caryophyllene increases to attract the bee which is natural enemy of herbivorous insects. üü-caryophyllene has anti-inflammatory effect for human and also other medicinal compounds will increase with them. In the present study we attempted to see the activated pathway which effect the medicinal properties of A. acutiloba through the defense mechanism from P. Machaon Hippocrate. We examined metabolome and transcriptome to clarify molecular mechanism between A. acutiloba and herbivorous insects using 9 samples (3 condition, 3 replicate) of A. acutiloba exposed to Papilio machaon Hippocrates for 0 (control plants), 6 and 12h. The data from experiment showed us insight of molecular defense mechanisms through 18 compounds from metabolome and 2500 expressed genes from transcriptome.

abstract: In order for the interactive system to adapt to the user to provide topics and recommend information, it is desirable to be able to efficiently acquire user information.In this research, we will assume an interview type spoken dialogue system that positively questions users.In such dialogue with the system, there is a possibility that more detailed information can be obtained about topics that the user wishes to talk, but there is a high possibility that useful information will not be obtained for topics that the user does not want to talk about Therefore, it is necessary for the system to select questions and topics in consideration of the user's motivation for dialogue.Therefore, as an initial study to automatically estimate user 's willingness to dialogue, we analyzed human interview dialogue and automatically identify it.

title: A Unified Framework on Temporal Light Field Processing for Refocusing and Repanning
abstract: Bokeh and Motion-Blur are well-known advanced techniques in photography to emphasize the subject in the picture. Recently, light field enable us to synthesize the bokeh after capturing the scene, so-called refocusing. In this study, we propose a unified framework to synthesize both Bokeh and Motion-Blur by defining the process of temporal light field, which has spatio-temporal information of plenoptic function. Based on the framework, we show that capturing a movie enable us to synthesize the Motion-Blur as well as Bokeh and controlling both Bokeh and Motion-Blur using captured temporal light field.
