title:Proposal of risk map generating system for personal mobility users traveling on a sidewalk
abstract:Personal mobility has been spotlighted that the travel on the sidewalk due to an increase in the elderly. However, on the sidewalk there is a dangerous place, it has become a discomfort factor of personal mobility users. Therefore, in this study, I aim to achieve a comfortable traveling of the user who will perform the information presented by the risk map.In this presentation, I describe risk map for the personal mobility users running the sidewalk to propse.

title: Evaluation of relationship between CCMQ-J questionnaire items and construction estimated BMI and age model by multivariate analysis

abstract: Japanese version of the Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionarie (CCMQ-J) in Chinese consists of 60 items with 9 sub-scales called Gentleness, Qi-deficiency, Yang-deficiency, Yin-deficiency, Phlegm-wetness, Wet-heat, Blood-stasis, Qi-depression, and Special diathesis. Each question is answered by choosing one form the Likert scale on the grade of 5 scales from 1 to 5 corresponding to Never, Rarely, Sometimes, Often and Always, respectively. In the present study, we overviewed the research field of ¡ÈChinese Medicine Questionnaire¡É by text-mining method and elucidated the position of our thesis. After that we examined the relationship of scores based on 597 respondents to 60 items. We tentatively classified 60 items into 12 groups based on Wards clustering method and discussed similarity of items and 9 sub-scales. Body Mass Index (BMI) and age can be explained by the score of 60 items by partial least square model. Significantly high correlation coefficients between real and estimated values were obtained for BMI (0.81 for male and 0.82 for female) and age (0.82 for male and 0.83 for female). Those results indicate the 60 items contributes aging and BMI properties and CCMQ-J could be used as body-build indicator for evaluating human condition in aging process.

title:The gene expression analysis of Euglena Gracilis abstract:Euglena is about 0.05mm about single-celled organisms that are photosynthesis like the plant. And it is also a flagellate that move around like animals. Now, this Euglena has attracted attention as an organism that is industrially valuable in the following two points. First, it is the point of property producing a substance serving as biofuels. Second, it has become possible to be applied to food by its rich nutrients. However, there are situations that analysis for the use of the Euglena industrially has not progressed so much. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze whether the Euglena is adapted to the environment changes, and how it varied the gene expression by the data obtained from the next-generation sequencing.

TITLE:DESIGN AND EVALUATION OF A USER INTERFACE FOR THE ZOOARCHAEOLOGY
abstract: ¡¡Research of Zooarcheology involves various manual analysis activities, such as identifying excavated animal species, quantifying the excavated amount, description of age at death, gender, bone damage pattern or other features of excavated animal, and even species related human activities. In Zooarcheology research, the comparison between the extant specimens and relics are very important. However, there is a fact that excavated relics is usually not allowed to transport, and it is also difficult to move extant specimens of large animals, which brings difficulty to some critical comparison. To relief this constraint in research of Zooarcheology, we proposed this user interface design. In this paper we will describe our method and our efforts so far.
