title:An Empirical Study of Code Review Decision-making based on the Reviewer¡Çs Voting Correctness abstract:Software development projects often use a code review system such as Gerrit and ReviewBoard code review. In such projects, many patches are submitted on a daily basis. Several general reviewers verify the patches and try to reach a consensus through discussion. Finally, core reviewers make a final decision about integrating the patches. However, the discussions needed to make a final decision make time and are costly to conduct. In addition, the validated conclusion by general reviewers is not be always correct. For example, our previous research identified more than approximately 40% of code reviews that had a different outcome than appeared in reviewer¡Çs choices (approval of patch set or not). Thus, understanding those discussion by general reviewers might be difficult for core reviewers. In this paper, to understand the final decision to integrate a patch set or not, we study how the core reviewer reaches a decision from the discussions of general reviewers. We have propose a case study to measure the correctness of the general reviewers¡Ç voting which the core reviewer use in making a decision. From this study, we found that a vote with higher correctness score leads making a final- decision. Also, in a disagreement patch among reviewers, core reviewers are likely to wait a next vote. Furthermore, we suggest when a core reviewer make a final-decision to integrate or not the patch set into a version control system based on the reviewers¡Ç votes and correctness. language of the presentation:Japanese

abstract: There are cameras which deal with light field image with depth information. However there are no products dealing with the light field video. In order to process the video, it is necessary to compress it. Therefore, we use HEVC which is the latest video compression technology. In this presentation, after introducing HEVC, we introduce our proposal for accelerating light field video compression.

title: ¡ÈA Simple Algorithm of Centralized Flow Management for Data Centers¡É

abstract: In this work, we consider a core algorithm for the centralized management of data-center flows. We focus on the arbiter, a centralized controller for scheduling data flows in a data center. We propose a table-driven mechanism for resource reservation, in which states of all the links in a data-center network are registered in a table, and its information is updated at new flow-request arriving points. We evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm by computer simulation, investigating the bit rate of overall transfered data, the flow-allocation rate, and the link utilization, under different flow-size distributions. Numerical results show that the algorithm can achieve high link utilization without collisions. It is also shown that the proposed algorithm can allocate many flows within a small time interval even when the variance of flow-size is large.

title: Analysis of ink characteristic for classifying Japanese ink based on spectrum
abstract: It is important to distinguish different types of Japanese ink for calligraphy - related research field. However, it is difficult to figure out types of Japanese ink using RGB-camera because of similar appearance. The purpose of this research is classifying types of Japanese ink according to spectrum transmittance. In this research, we measure three types of Japanese ink of visible-nir spectrum transmittance. In our observation, we confirmed difference appearance of three types of Japanese ink by visible spectrum transmittance.

title: Parser Self-Training for Syntax-Based Machine Translation
abstract: In syntax-based machine translation, it is known that the accuracy of parsing greatly affects the translation accuracy. Self-training, which uses parser output as training data, is one method to improve the parser accuracy. However, because parsing errors cause noisy data to be mixed with the training data, automatically generated parse trees do not always contribute to improving accuracy. We propose a method for selecting self-training data by performing syntax-based machine translation using a variety of parse trees, using automatic evaluation metrics to select which translation is better, and using that translation's parse tree for parser self-training. Our self-trained parsers improve a state-of-the-art translation system in two language pairs.

title:In the Passenger Seat: Investigating Ride Comfort Measures in Autonomous Cars
abstract: The prospect of driverless cars wide-scale deployment is imminent owing to the advances in robotics, computational power, communications, and sensor technologies. This promises highway fatality reductions and improvements in traffic and fuel efficiency. Our understanding of the effects arising from commuting in autonomous cars is still limited. The novel concept of the loss of driver controllability is introduced here. It requires a reassessment of vehicle¥æs comfort criteria. In this review paper, traditional comfort measures are examined and autonomous passenger awareness factors are proposed. We categorize path-planning methods in light of the offered factors. The objective of the review presented in this article is to highlight the gap in path planning from a passenger comfort perspective and propose some research solutions. It is expected that this investigation will generate more research interest and bring innovative solutions into this field.

title: *** Mathematical interpretation of neural polarization***

abstract: *** Neurons in a developing stage changes morphology dramatically.
In the first phase, a neuron has circular shape or several protrusions called as neurite. Neurites are similar in length in this phase, nevertheless, one of the neurites elongates longer than others in the following phase. This longest neurite becomes axon and the others become dendrite in future. We call this symmetry breaking process ¡Éneural polarization¡É, which is important for neurons to decide neurite functions.
The goal of this work is to construct a quantitative mathematical model, and to elucidate the mechanism of neural symmetry breaking by using the mathematical model.

title: Reducing inter-operator variability in semi-automated measurement of femoral anteversion angle
abstract: The accurate measurement of femoral anteversion angle plays an important role in the treatment of the total hip arthroplasty and the femoral fracture. The conventional method sets a femoral neck range and slice the femoral neck range every 1mm and demands a center of gravity position of each slice. Furthermore, each center of gravity position fitting line and the line decides a neck axis. I measure the angle between the neck axis and the table plane, and the angle is anteversion. However, as for the method for measurement, femoral neck range is vague by a gauger. In this study, I give improvement to law conventionally to get rid of the vagueness by the gauger. It is the system which can perform the measurement anteversion angle semiautomatically. This system needs several points of initial search positions in a femoral neck. And search for the femoral neck smallest cross section and set a neck range quantitatively from the position. The system using this femoral neck range. I measure the femoral anteversion angle with the system and inspect the effectiveness of the suggestion system by the time required with the rose by the gauger.

First, it is the point of property producing a substance serving as biofuels. Second, it has become possible to be applied to food by its rich nutrients. However, there are situations that analysis for the use of the Euglena industrially has not progressed so much. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze whether the Euglena is adapted to the environment changes, and how it varied the gene expression by the data obtained from the next-generation sequencing.

These approaches assume that the map was already obtained, and thus the robot needs to generate the map beforehand. In this study, we consider the navigation method, which uses a floor map of a target facility in place of the robotic map. Since the given floor map enables a robot to localize, generation of the robotic map is omitted. Since the correspondence between the floor and robotic maps is obtained, the place is designated by its name and the logging data is accessed through the geography.
