ȯɽÂêÌÜ¡§Using Normal Speech Data for Increasing Accuracy of NAM Acoustic Model
ȯɽ³µÍס§Use of NAM microphones is very convenient, because they preserve the privacy of the speaker. This increases the need for speech recognition of NAM data. However, the accuracy of these recognizers for NAM is lower compared to normal speech data. This is due to the lack of enough training data recorded with NAM microphones. For this reason the research is based on using normal speech data for training a canonical model for NAM space. The proposed method makes use of Speaker Adaptive Training (SAT) and Constrained Maximum Likelihood Linear Regression (CMLLR) method. In this method we will use two consecutive CMLLR transformations in order to build a more robust canonical model for NAM data.

発表概要:人間の気分や調子を保つための方法の1つとして,ダンスセラピーがある.ダンスセラピーは,精神医療や認知療法などに用いられており,患者が体を動かすことで得られる身体感覚から,身体や心理を向上させるという療法である.心理療法であるため,患者の状態にあわせ,教示内容を変更していくことが必要である.患者の状態を定量的に知ることができれば,より教示内容を適切なものへ変更することが容易となる.そこで本研究では,ダンスセラピーにおける気分,調子特徴の指標として,モーションデータからぎこちなさの定量化を目的とする.

ȯɽÂêÌÜ¡§Enhancing performing arts: case study - Theater

ȯɽ³µÍס§Performing arts have been evolving in unison with society throughout the centuries in order to reflect its own time. Arts such as music, dance and drama embrace new technology for the purpose of remaining contemporary and achieving breakthrough artwork resulting in what is been called New Media Arts.This research focuses on enhancing stage theater experience by analyzing theatrical performance and classifying its intrinsic elements. Among those elements, the necessity of technology will be identified, and whether they are already available or proposed.This work is multidisciplinary, where interviews with directors and theater specialists are intended to give an artistic perspective of the variables involved in the process of bringing a play to a stage. The development of technology which can provide a significant contribution to stage theater performance will later be implemented.
