Evaluation of Plant Alarm Systems 発表概要： Alarm systems form a core element of almost all modern operator interfaces in the industrial plant. It is a very important way of automatically monitoring the plant state deviations and attracting the plant operator’s attention to changes that require his/her intervention. By using the alarm setting function in the plant control system, alarms may amount to a very big number. However, a poorly designed alarm system may hinder the operator rather than help him/her. The evaluation and redesign of the alarm system is inevitable to plant safety. In this research we apply the criteria provided by the Engineering Equipment and Materials Users Association (EEMUA) to a boiler plant simulator for training and propose some method to reduce standing, fleeting, nuisance and repeating alarms in plant operations. | ||||

| 発表題目：ヘッドアップディスプレイを用いたＡＲ卓上作業訓練システム 発表概要：近年、ＡＲ（Augmented Reality）を用いた様々な作業支援が考案されている。たとえば、ヘッドマウントディスプレにより作業空間に支援情報を重畳表示する手法などがあるが、この手法はユーザの姿勢を拘束するため作業の負担となってしまう。そこで本研究では、ヘッドアップディスプレイを用いることでユーザの姿勢の拘束を回避し、また、作業動作を提示してやることで作業に未熟な初心者のユーザに対して訓練を行うシステムを提案する。 | ||||

発表題目：プラントの運転の技術伝承
発表概要：現場作業のＯＪＴでは標準作業手順を基礎とした資料が不可欠である。この資料を作成することは現場に任せられているが、担当者の負担は大きい。そこで本発表では、関連教材の開発プロセスのケーススタディを行った結果について報告し、その結果をもとに標準作業手順および関連情報を拡大した時系列表として管理する方法を提案する。提案手法は、資料内容の整合性をチェックしたり、抜けを補うばかりでなく、手順の変更や追加にも容易に対応できる。 | ||||
