We study biomedical imaging and information techniques for exploring nano to macro phenomena. Our targets are both measurement and information processing to build next generation tools for biology and medicine.

Virtual Reality in Medicine and Simulation

We developed a surgical simulation system based on patient-specific anatomical models reconstructed from  CT/MRI . Our system simulates  tissue stiffness, organ deformation and beating state, and generates contact force through force feedback devices.
